Set on the second floor of an apartment building, the New York Earth Room is a fascinating work of art. It's literally a room filled with dirt. But the way light and shadows play on the textured earth, how you have to look around to see the entire thing, is just great. I tried to emulate the light in my posters, along with the viewer having to see all three to get the entire message.

When I visted I was honestly worried how the floor is holding up under all the weight of semi-moist soil.
